Integra specializes in MgO-based products with very wide spectrum of utilization. There are few countries with natural magnesite deposits, so we are very proud to offer our own Slovak goods with MgO content ranging from 25% (natural magnesite in lumps and magnesite sand) up to 85% MgO. Magnesium Oxide M-85
Product with our highest MgO concentration. This type has guaranteed content of 85 % MgO and our clients mostly use this form as a (micro)element additive to animal feed and fertilizers.

Magnesium oxide M-80
This type has guaranteed content of 80 % MgO and our clients use this form in various chemical productions such as magnesium sulphate, nitrate, chloride… with final applications in fertilizers, animal feed and veterinary applications. M-80 is also used directly as a (micro)element additive to fertilizers and animal feeds. This product can also be used in MgO board production.

Magnesium oxides M-76, M-75, M-73
These are our most demanded products. These types have guaranteed content of 76, 75, resp. 73% MgO and our clients use this form in various chemical productions such as magnesium sulphate, nitrate, chloride…, with final applications in fertilizers, animal feed and veterinary applications. They are also used directly as a (micro)element additive to fertilizers and animal feeds. They have excellent chemical reactivity, because it is not dead-burned at 1200–1300°C, but only partially calcinated at around 650°C.

Magnesium oxide M-70
This type is produced by similar technology as M-80 and M-73 and it has slightly lower MgO content. Application is very similar to M-73 type.
Magnesium oxide M-60
Compared to the M-73 (which is a fine powder where over 90% is under 0.1 mm), this product is slightly coarser and not so dusty. This predetermines these types for direct application. It is also widely used in chemical productions and in fertilizer production.
Raw magnesite and magnesite sand
This group includes raw magnesite in lumps, magnesites in predefined granulations as well as magnesite sand. Application field for this group is direct utilization in agriculture and as very economic magnesium filler in the fertilizer industry. Various specifications and granulometries are available upon request.

Calcites (limestone) and dolomites
Calcites and dolomites are types that are suitable for fertilizer industry, as well as for direct application in agriculture. They are mostly used in CAN production. Other applications are chemical production, papermaking, fillers, glass matrixes, building mixtures, fillers in the plastics, rubber, paints, paper, putty etc., components in coating, asphalt, concrete mixtures. Special magnesites
We also offer different grades of MgO produced in China. Chinese magnesites are mostly used in coastal areas where the shipping cost can be an advantage. Also, due to low side elements content in the raw material, these MgO types can reach higher level of MgO content. Logistics
As a part of our service, we also offer logistic help. All our present clients enjoy lower transport costs offered by our forwarding partners. We mostly use truck transport with usual load of 22 to 24 tons per truck (goods bagged in 1 000 kg big bags or 40 kg sacks stretchfoiled on palettes). Upon request, we do also offer silo trucks and railway transport and we can ship by barges as well.
